Raw Material Compliance Control
All incoming raw materials (paper, PET, BOPP, adhesives, inks, metal foils, varnishes, etc.) are from compliant suppliers. We give priority to selecting environmentally friendly, non-toxic and non-harmful volatile materials, and strictly test the environmental protection and safety of raw materials. We eliminate unqualified and non-compliant raw materials from entering the production link, ensuring label compliance from the source.
Production Process Compliance Control
The entire production process follows international printing industry standards. We adopt environmentally friendly production processes, optimize production processes, reduce pollutant emissions, and prohibit the addition of harmful chemicals during production. The production workshop meets international production safety standards, and regular equipment maintenance and safety inspections are carried out.
Finished Product Compliance Testing
Before leaving the factory, in addition to routine quality testing, the finished labels are mainly subject to compliance testing to ensure that the labels meet the environmental protection and safety standards of the target export regions, with no harmful residues or non-compliant marks. Only after passing the test can they leave the factory for delivery, achieving "compliant delivery and assured delivery".
